Having completed the LPC LLM at The University of Law, Bloomsbury last year, I know that I benefitted from various diagrams, maps and checklists.
I will hopefully be sharing some of my notes, especially if they are useful to others but also as a reminder for myself since I am currently a property paralegal.
To start, here is a transaction flowchart with the following stages:
Pre-contract
Post-contract
Preparation for completion
Obviously this is a simple flowchart – every transaction will vary based on the circumstances, type of property, source of funds, type of parties but this gives a good overview from start to end!
